Is there a specific gear ratio for the PTO to run one of these blowers to spin them fast enough ?

I bought this model blower used abs wanted to know if I could dine out some more details about it. I was using it to unload frac sand. I was having numerous issues the main one being offload times between 1.5 hrs to 3 hrs! Other trucks were getting offloaded in 20, 30, 40 min at most. I know part of that was that my trucks idle adjust was set right at 900 rpm while other trucks were offloading at 1100-1400 rpms. My truck is down at the moment and likely going to be sold so I want to sell the blower. I didnt know much when I bought it but was told it was a small one And that it might offload 10-15 min slower than typical. I have no idea why my offload time was so exhaustingly slow and if that has anything to do with the blower itself. Any information you can provide me with would be greatly appreciated. Im in the process of having to restart with a different truck and will be buying a blower for it and want to make sure I can offload next time in that 20-40 min range. Thank you for your time.
